What you will do
- Serve as the primary communications partner to the CEO, owning messaging, narratives, and executive content.
- Lead CEO thought leadership, including bylines, op-eds, LinkedIn content, keynotes, and executive POVs.
- Partner with the PR agency to prepare executives for media engagements through briefing documents, talking points, Q&A, and interview prep.
- Support executive internal communications, including company-wide meetings, leadership announcements, and strategic updates.
- Develop and maintain executive messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across various channels.
- Support executive speaking opportunities, including conference submissions, talk tracks, and panel preparation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, PR, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, ideally a CEO, in high-growth or high-visibility environments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and deck skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
- Experience developing executive thought leadership and social presence.
- Strong media relations foundation, including executive media preparation.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders.
