What you will do
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of product designers across North America, EMEA, and APAC, championing the design vision for hirify.global Retail products.
- Foster collaboration within autonomous product teams to drive design quality and efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all touchpoints.
- Partner with senior leaders in Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and build innovative products, including those leveraging AI.
- Drive user research initiatives to understand customer needs and translate insights into design improvements.
- Develop strong relationships across the organization to advocate for the design team and the value of design thinking.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in in-house product and/or consumer-facing UX/UI and visual design, with experience in a people management role on a Design team.
- Strong ability to work across digital and AI-powered manifestations of design, ensuring cohesive and intuitive experiences.
- Deep understanding of human behavior and needs, with empathy for customers and team goals.
- Forward-thinking perspective on technology, product development, and design practices, with understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience with service design practices and a commitment to evolving the design process.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of Storybook.
