What you will do
- Proactively call assigned existing and new prospective clients to generate pipeline and incremental business.
- Deeply understand customer/prospect needs and identify opportunities to expand hirify.global within existing accounts.
- Research trends, competitors, and workflows to tailor outreach and add real value.
- Find new contacts and decision-makers inside accounts through smart networking and research.
- Personalize outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to showcase hirify.global's solutions.
- Qualify opportunities and connect interested prospects with appropriate sales teams and business functions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French.
- 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred).
- Strong communication, curiosity, coachability, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
- Experience handling customer relationships and using them to expand business.
- Experience with solution selling and outbound sales calling.
