What you will do

• Write and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences and multi-touch campaigns.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to set up email automations in Salesforce.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts, including content calendar and posting.
• Create graphics and visual content using Canva.
• Segment customer databases and track social media engagement and performance.
• Help set up a basic brand consistency strategy for social media and campaigns.

Requirements

• At least three years of Digital Marketing experience.
• Proven familiarity with social media policies and community standards across Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proven experience with email marketing and drip sequence campaigns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Canva, and Notion or similar workflow management tools.
• Strong written communication skills for email and social content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
