What you will do
- Develop creative concepts and campaign narratives for global initiatives from insight to idea.
- Support brand strategy development through research, insights, and content and messaging definition.
- Translate brand strategy into high-quality creative assets, both online and offline.
- Plan and execute brand activations, including university and on-campus initiatives across key European markets.
- Coordinate and support content creation and asset delivery across social media, website, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure strong brand consistency and execution excellence across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, or a related role.
- Experience working with brand guidelines, campaigns, and creative assets.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach without losing sight of the big picture.
- Ability to implement adjustments to creative assets using tools such as Canva or Figma.
- English: Confident working in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience working in a marketplace, scale-up, or international environment.
- Exposure to PR, partnerships, event organization, activations, or social media.
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
