What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features and platform enhancements across cloud infrastructure and web applications.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from technical design through production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Support all layers of the platform, from database design to backend services to frontend applications.
• Lead technical design discussions, bringing data-driven analysis and expertise to inform architectural decisions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers on your team, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong backend development experience using Java, Python, or Groovy.
• Demonstrated experience building web applications with React and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern software development practices including version control (Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working on collaborative agile teams.
