What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features and platform enhancements across cloud infrastructure and web applications.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from technical design through production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Support all layers of the platform, from database design to backend services to frontend applications.
- Lead technical design discussions, bringing data-driven analysis and expertise to inform architectural decisions.
- Mentor and support junior engineers on your team, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong backend development experience using Java, Python, or Groovy.
- Demonstrated experience building web applications with React and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with modern software development practices including version control (Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working on collaborative agile teams.
