What you will do
- Lead and scale a high-performing global organization of Technical Program Managers and Measurement Leads.
- Drive and execute critical measurement initiatives including attribution, incrementality, experimentation, and cross-channel reporting.
- Build and influence measurement strategy, translating it into executable roadmaps with fast-pacing delivery plans.
- Ensure solutions scale globally, meet advertiser needs, and align with evolving privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to influence platform architecture and investment decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in advertising measurement, data privacy, identity, AI-driven analytics, and experimentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND several years experience in program management.
- Extended management experience (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change).
- Proven experience owning large, cross-org programs with significant business impact.
- Solid understanding of Advertising measurement (attribution, incrementality, experimentation, performance analytics, cross-device measurement).
- Solid understanding of Identity solutions and privacy-forward data practices.
- Solid understanding of Data platforms and analytics infrastructure.

- Track record of building and scaling high-performing technical and analytical organizations.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational leadership skills.
- Experience acting as a trusted measurement advisor to senior marketing, sales, and client leadership.
