What you will do

• Partner with International D2C, Retail, and Commercial business leads to deliver roadmaps.
• Drive retail marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and sell-through.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee program management of go-to-market activities and new product introductions within the EMEA & APAC region.
• Build strong partnerships with key retailers, agencies, internal cross-functional teams, and consultants.
• Be accountable for market expansion compliance, readiness, and scale.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in retail, program management, Ecommerce, or corporate strategy, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on EMEA and APAC.
• Proven success with a wide range of large retailers across various verticals.
• Strong background in building repeatable and predictable processes to scale a business.
• Expertise in tracking and optimizing large-scale budgets, business performance KPIs, research, and market growth metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, and to build teams as the business scales.
• Experience scaling an omnichannel business across the globe.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and project management skills.
