What you will do

• Play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements.
• Create and position strategic change agendas for C-suite clients, spanning business and IT solutions.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, signings, and revenue targets of c. £12-15m per annum.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the design and oversight of delivery for complex engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively develop thought leadership and intellectual capital to drive external eminence and innovation.

Requirements

• Strategic consulting experience at a top-tier firm or equivalent strategic leadership role in a GSI/hyperscaler.
• Ability to frame complex business challenges, design transformation programs, and articulate technology's value.
• 10–15+ years in Media with deep understanding of sector economics and senior relationships.
• Expertise in cloud migration, data platforms, AI/GenAI governance, and automation frameworks.
• Experience delivering multi-tower programs (Cloud, Data/AI, Security, Digital Workplace).
• Proven track record of seven-figure pursuits, structured qualification, and value-based deal design.

• Exceptional and advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills for proposals and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with C-level gravitas.
• Exposure to adtech/martech ecosystems, rights management, consent/privacy regimes, or venue digitalization.
