What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements with C-suite clients.
• Drive profitable growth by achieving signings and revenue targets (c. £12-15m per annum).
• Shape strategic transformation programs across the content value chain.
• Embed AI and automation into creative workflows and advertising ecosystems.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the design and oversee delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high performance.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of strategic consulting experience in a top-tier firm or equivalent strategic leadership role in a GSI/hyperscaler.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation engagements, with deep client relationships within the Media industry.
• Expertise in cloud migration, data platforms, AI/GenAI governance, and automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to frame complex business challenges, design transformation programs, and articulate technology value.
• Commercial and delivery excellence, including seven-figure pursuits and governance of complex programs.
• Executive storytelling and ability to make technology strategy investable for non-technical leaders.

• Exceptional and advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills for creating content and deliverables.
• Exposure to adtech/martech ecosystems, rights management, consent/privacy regimes, or venue digitalization.
