What you will do

• Lead the company’s technology organization, defining technical vision and long-term strategy.
• Oversee execution across engineering, data, product, and infrastructure functions.
• Allocate and manage financial, human, and technological resources.
• Drive innovation by monitoring technology trends and best practices.
• Build and retain a highly skilled team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strong security, data governance, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2-5 years of experience as a middle manager in the technology sector or related business services.
• Proven track record leading engineering or technology organizations at a senior or executive level.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling teams, systems, and processes in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong background in resource planning, budget ownership, and organizational design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced tech, SaaS, or data-focused organizations.
• Prior leadership roles involving cross-functional oversight (product, data, DevOps, security, etc.).
• Experience negotiating with partners, vendors, and enterprise customers.
