What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on Go's Enterprise capabilities.
- Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their needs and integrate insights into product development.
- Ensure safe and compliant AI adoption at scale, meeting security, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Drive full-stack execution, from secure backend systems and APIs to intuitive user interfaces.
- Partner cross-functionally to shape the Go Enterprise roadmap and deliver impactful solutions.
- Influence long-term technical and product strategy for global Enterprise AI adoption.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing software engineering teams, plus a strong individual contributor background in full-stack or backend systems.
- Significant experience in Enterprise product development (SSO/SCIM, role-based access, data governance, compliance).
- Ability to engage directly with Enterprise buyers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical work.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Experience building, deploying, and operating production systems at scale with high availability and security.
- Proficiency in modern web development and testing practices to coach and unblock the team.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, people-management, hiring, onboarding, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments while balancing architectural investments and delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience in Enterprise product development—for example, building features for admins, security, and IT; working with concepts like SSO/SCIM, role-based access, data governance, and compliance; or shipping products that must satisfy Enterprise buyers and procurement.
- Are comfortable engaging directly with Enterprise buyers and stakeholders, including administrators, security, and IT personnel: you can join customer calls, ask the right questions, translate requirements into product and technical work, and represent your team with clarity and confidence.
