What you will do
- Document client requirements and technical specifications for Infinitus API mappings.
- Configure the Infinitus platform in response to requirements with a best-practices mentality.
- Establish CSV-based, API-based, and other standard-based integrations with client systems.
- Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
- Author Knowledge Graph and related rules.
- Provide support in client meetings, acting as the first line of support for technical issues.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience.
- BA/BS with technical experience or equivalent work experience.
- Customer obsessed, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills for client interaction.
- Lightning-fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry.
- Applied experience with APIs and healthcare integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, FHIR, and X12 Standards.
