Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Medtech)

Salary: $165,000–$230,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Build customer-facing healthcare products for online appointment booking, customizable patient forms, payment processing, and patient experiences.
• Design, architect, and develop scalable software that solves customer problems.
• Own cross-functional engineering projects from technical design and decomposition through launch and rollout.
• Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to define, prioritize, and deliver ambitious engineering goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on customer-facing products.
• Demonstrated sustained contribution and the ability to provide technical leadership.
• Strong product-level thinking, including understanding how customer journeys and data flows affect different parts of a product.
• Ability to solve high-impact problems with the appropriate tools, including outside a usual area of expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
