What you will do

• Configure workflows, forms, and system logic within the GAB low-code/no-code platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional configurations, scripts, and system designs.
• Manage data setup, validation, and transformation to ensure system accuracy.
• Assist in building and maintaining API-based integrations and system connectivity.
• Document configurations and implementation patterns for reuse and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or a client-facing technical role.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and structured data transformations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Public Administration.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be located in or be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization platforms, or GIS.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.
• Interest in modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Prior experience working with government systems or public sector clients.
