What you will do

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to define analytical needs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on product usage and customer metrics.
• Support data-driven decision-making with clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis for ongoing business and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Proficient in SQL, Python (especially for data analysis), and Tableau (or other BI tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working closely with Product, Commercial, or Operations teams.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analytical methods such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, or trend analysis.
• Solid foundation in statistics and data interpretation.
• Experience working on mobile app or web product analytics.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms or big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hive, Presto).
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
