What you will do

  • Contribute to models for core business decisions, including pricing, risk assessment, and behavioural fraud detection.
  • Build, deploy, and iterate on data models that deliver clear and measurable value to the business.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven products.
  • Play a key role in developing a state-of-the-art data platform and setting best practices.
  • Build commercial awareness by collaborating on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working with data (through roles, academic work, or personal projects).
  • Passion for building great data products and willingness to work across the data lifecycle.
  • Experience with Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Experience with statistical methods and machine learning (e.g., A/B testing, model validation).
  • Experience with data pipelining tools like SQL, dbt, BigQuery, or Spark.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
