TL;DR
Localization Web Developer: Supporting international Marketing teams by ensuring quality assurance in multilingual websites with an accent on localization best practices and workflow management. Focus on solving high-volume localization problems, ensuring UI quality, and adapting SEO and URLs for target regions.
Location: Hybrid Remote, Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Oversee Website Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) for published pages, ensuring UI quality, localized assets and links, and adapted SEO/URLs.
- Manage and prioritize your part of the localization workflow, collaborating with stakeholders and requesting necessary translations.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional communication with regional marketing teams and the US team to find scalable solutions.
- Solve high-volume localization problems by combining knowledge of CAT tools, translation processes, and CMS characteristics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation mindset for problems and fixes to improve service effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
- Strong attention to detail for impacting User Experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in technology.
- Experience with WPML, CAT tools (memoQ).
- Experience with project management processes.
- Proficiency in at least one other language like French or German.
