What you will do

• Create and manage strong implementation and delivery plans using Agile to meet client goals.
• Establish strategies for effective planning, budgeting, and execution related to regional delivery.
• Be responsible for financial, client, change, and risk management.
• Provide specific product information and project examples to advise clients on decisions.
• Drive difficult conversations to influence strategy, vision, transformational change, and scope with C-suite stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a top-of-class Delivery Team through people management, coaching, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years managing multiple external clients and large-scale digital transformation engagements.
• Commercial experience in identifying, shaping, and selling complex Services engagements.
• Expert-level understanding of Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of your time and work onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services and/or Banking.
• Knowledge of/experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
