Location: This is a full-time (40 hours per week) on-site role at our hirify.global HQ in Rotterdam.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 11 FTE, focusing on growth and scalability.
• Translate commercial goals into actionable daily execution plans.
• Define and manage KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue, margin, and productivity.
• Manage team performance through regular reviews, clear targets, and direct feedback.
• Analyse and automate manual, repetitive, or inefficient tasks to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CX teams to standardize recurring requests and enhance the platform.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, CX optimization, or sales enablement.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams (5–15 FTE).
• Strong understanding of process efficiency and data-driven KPI management.
• Comfortable with difficult conversations and providing clear feedback.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written, is required.
• International experience is a strong plus.
