What you will do

• Act as the technical reference for Oracle Fusion Cloud within Monetize & Core Finance.
• Own platform governance, security (RBAC), environments, and operational standards.
• Lead Oracle Quarterly Update cycles, including release analysis and non-regression testing.
• Ensure permanent audit readiness and compliance with SoX / ITGC requirements.
• Oversee technical operations (ESS jobs, monitoring, performance, L3 incidents).
• Collaborate closely with integration, architecture, and functional teams to evolve the platform.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in technical ERP administration, ideally on SaaS platforms.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including security & access management (RBAC) and environment & pod management (P2T / T2T).
• Comfortable working in regulated environments, with a solid understanding of SoX / ITGC and audit practices.
• Experience managing application release cycles and coordinating testing activities.
• Demonstrate a true platform owner mindset: proactive, structured, and eager to dive into complex technical topics.
• Enjoy collaborating across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle PaaS).
• Experience with reporting tools or automation.
