What you will do

• Own the intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of creative projects using Jira.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and capacity planning to ensure balanced workloads and on-time delivery.
• Establish and maintain clear project workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Partner with marketing leadership and finance to support cross-team budgeting, resourcing, and spend.
• Support day-to-day team operations, including onboarding coordination and tool access.
• Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, providing clear project status and flagging risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, traffic, or creative operations.
• Hands-on experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with creative or marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
