Project Manager (Game Development)

What you will do

• Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of hirify.global products.
• Define project priorities and coordinate daily team activities.
• Manage communication flows and documentation via status reports, dashboards, and plans.
• Present regular project updates covering milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Identify possible issues and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders and mitigate risks.
• Drive internal and external process improvement.
• Educate and mentor team members on best practices in project management and design/implement processes from scratch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment.
• Familiarity with both Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Waterfall practices.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, and Monday.com.
• Communicate clearly and confidently across teams and stakeholders, bringing a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development.
• Familiarity with cooperation, managing third-party vendors and integrations.
