What you will do

• Guide one or more cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver value.
• Utilize metrics and measures to highlight insights and ensure continuous improvement.
• Make impediments visible and help resolve any issues affecting team flow.
• Support the team towards an agile mindset, ensuring a safe, positive, and collaborative environment.
• Work with the product owner to engage the team and drive towards product domain goals.
• Engage with the agile community within hirify.global.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Agile role.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile delivery environment.
• CSM accreditation or equivalent.
• Understanding of Agile metrics, specifically around predictability, cycle time, throughput, and WIP.
• Understanding of Jira and Azure DevOps.
