Location: Remote position. Must be based in Poland.

Salary: 8 200 PLN to 14 300 PLN on a B2B contract or 6 800 to 12 000 PLN gross for Contract of Employment.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Act as a consultative partner, leading calls and presenting results to clients.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline campaign management and automate tasks.
• Transform complex advertising data into clear, actionable insights for hoteliers.
• Create tailor-made budget optimization strategies aligned with client goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or media house.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
• Client-facing confidence and ability to manage expectations and build relationships.
• An AI-first mindset, proactively using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney).
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English (at least B2).

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Ads or Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
• Interest or experience in the hospitality/travel industry.
