What you will do
- Execute and optimize social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to achieve media/performance KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives using paid social advertising expertise.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization to drive maximum results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and build dashboards to showcase campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and refine strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior and middle specialists in paid social advertising best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
- Proficiency in managing social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- English: Fluent (B2 level or higher).
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced dashboarding/reporting tools (e.g., Clicdata, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio).
