What you will do
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads accounts to achieve defined business objectives.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and in-house affiliate systems and tools.
- Explore additional paid advertising channels, including Microsoft Advertising and social media.
- Define funnel requirements and ensure timely implementation of business and marketing tasks.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs.
- Optimize ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance and ROI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale international advertising campaigns across multiple languages.
- Strong understanding of market research across multiple languages and localization nuances.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting workflows using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of traffic acquisition, performance marketing metrics, and product funnels.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experiment design experience, including split testing nuances.
- SQL and Python or R.
- JavaScript, basic web development concepts, and ability to work with Chrome DevTools.
- Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
