What you will do
- Create customer-centric communications and multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across markets.
- Set up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to align with customer needs and support the strategic vision.
- Leverage development and testing approaches and modern technology to ensure campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams to ensure communications are on-brand and impactful.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring, and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience.
- BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
- Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally with experience in FMCG.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers and driving Campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects.
- Fluent in English, and one (or more) languages among Hungarian, Czech, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Croatian and Slovenian.
