What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, expanding existing business and ensuring customer success.
- Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers and ensure they see the full value in hirify.global's products.
- Provide clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all hirify.global products.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion for existing customers and communicate product/feature gaps.
- Contribute to the CSE organization's success through knowledge-sharing activities and documentation.
Requirements
- 8 years of prior post-sales customer relationship management experience.
- In-depth expertise in Zero Trust architectures, including least privilege access, microsegmentation, and continuous authentication.
- Knowledge of technologies integral to Zero Trust frameworks such as identity providers, device security enforcement, and network segmentation gateways.
- Understanding of security protocols relevant to Zero Trust implementations, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems, then build sustainable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
Nice to have
- Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
