Senior Security Engineer (iGaming)

Senior Security Engineer (Cybersecurity): Supporting the delivery of information security operations, covering policies, data loss prevention, access protection, incident response, and vulnerability mitigation with an accent on implementing and maintaining security controls and responding to real-world incidents. Focus on strengthening the security posture across multi-location teams, automating tasks, and integrating security into engineering workflows.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and standards (ISO27001, SOX, PCI-DSS).
• Investigate incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and support DLP migration.
• Review tenant-level security posture and contribute to strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into workflows.
• Automate repeatable tasks and develop tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Support awareness training and third-party risk assessments.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
• Deep technical knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls.
• Hands-on experience implementing, tuning, and operating DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and endpoint protection tools.
• Practical experience responding to real-world security incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
• Solid foundation in networking and infrastructure security.
• Proven ability to work directly with cloud-native security tooling across hybrid environments (Azure, GCP, M365).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security Tools and modern security stacks.
• Relevant certifications (SSCP, CCSP, CEH, CySA+ or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. gaming, fintech).
• Understanding of gambling compliance and player behaviour.
• Exposure to geographically distributed systems and teams.
