What you will do

• Assess and ensure customer Falcon environments align with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to Falcon Complete customers to improve their security posture.
• Create and recommend remediation for hirify.global product components to enhance security.
• Directly contact customers regarding misalignments with Falcon Complete standards.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues according to procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and statistics to customers as requested.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role required.
• Excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations like SANS or ISC2.

Nice to have

• Experience with Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
• Knowledge of Malicious Code Detection and Response.
• Experience with Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE Att&ck.
