Senior Technical Account Manager

TL;DR

Senior Technical Account Manager: Responsible for planning, architecting, coordinating, and managing professional services engagements with an accent on data protection and monitoring. Focus on architecting availability solutions, project management and supporting hirify.global Software solution design and deliverables.

What you will do

• Provide input to the writing of proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery implementation and consulting services to meet hirify.global Software solution design and deliverables.
• Provide overall project guidance (Project plans, Schedules, Communication Plans, Resource plans, Status updates, etc.).
• Assist with assessment and design of solutions.
• Analyze installed environments and guide optimal hirify.global Software configurations.
• Facilitate communication between client and hirify.global support.

Requirements

• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience.
• Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required (A combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global’s Core products.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
