What you will do

• Lead and deliver large-scale strategic projects from inception to execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication and expectations.
• Develop and enhance project methodologies using Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a growth-oriented environment.
• Manage small corporate accounts and lead tailored project proposal creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project leadership, venture building, or innovation consulting.
• Strong organisational skills to manage large projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client relationship management.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality outputs like whitepapers and frameworks.
• Required to work 5 days a week on-site in Berlin.
• Exceptional drive and entrepreneurial mindset to commit fully and deliver significant impact.
