What you will do

• Define and drive voice product strategy, covering telephony infrastructure, SIP integrations, and STT/TTS providers.
• Partner with engineering to design resilient, low-latency, carrier-grade voice architectures.
• Shape product direction by combining market insights, customer feedback, and usage data.
• Evaluate and integrate voice technology providers (STT, TTS, VAD, media streaming).
• Own key technical decisions around latency, audio quality, scalability, and compliance in enterprise voice environments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and customer success for successful adoption of voice capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering meaningful outcomes in SaaS, AI, or platform-focused environments.
• Strong technical fluency in voice systems and AI-driven speech technologies.
• Ability to build prototypes using modern AI and speech tooling.
• Experience working on conversational AI, LLM-enabled products, or automation platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise product requirements, including scalability, security, and adoption.
• Work remotely within an EU time zone.
