Salary: $143,000 - $193,000

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for economy systems end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization and coordination for scalable, resilient economy features.
• Partner with Engineering to balance feature development with technical constraints and platform stability.
• Incorporate user feedback and data into economic decisions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Shape how real people build livelihoods and express themselves through product decisions.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 3–5+ years in Product Management.
• Proven experience owning products or platforms through full lifecycle delivery, ideally in social, gaming, or interactive products with virtual economies.
• Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics with a metrics-informed approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort operating independently in hybrid or distributed teams.
• Experience delivering economy features across desktop and mobile platforms.
