Location: Remote, must be based in France

What you will do

Own the functional and technical scope of the Design System.
Ensure alignment across Product and Engineering.
Turn design intent into an industrialized, scalable system.
Operate a clear governance model with ownership, contribution rules, and rituals.
Run documentation and audit processes for core components.
Scale automation and AI-assisted workflows across platforms.

Requirements

6+ years of experience working on or closely with Design Systems in a product environment.
Hands-on experience with design tokens, multi-platform components, and Figma libraries at scale.
Good understanding of component-based development (e.g. React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose) and Git-based collaboration.
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG and/or RGAA).
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
