What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery planning across multiple internal experience initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain delivery hygiene, including plans, risks, status, and unblockers.
- Proactively surface risks, scope creep, and delivery trade-offs.
- Support Product and Engineering leads with sequencing and execution insights.
- Act as a trusted execution partner across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management, delivery management, or product operations roles.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to planning and execution.
- Clear, confident communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with platform or internal tooling teams.
- Exposure to regulated or operationally complex environments.
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B product organisations.
