What you will do

• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning timelines, goals, and deliverables across various teams and verticals.
• Own program-level planning, OKR tracking, and coordination for key SuperApp milestones.
• Identify and unblock dependencies early through structured stakeholder management.
• Improve transparency and accountability with regular reporting and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech-driven, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in or alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, OKR tracking).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Highly organized with a knack for prioritization, risk management, and driving accountability.
