Focus on providing technical value, answering questions, demonstrating capabilities, and defining a comprehensive technical vision for logging, SIEM, SOAR, data pipeline, and AI-assisted security operations.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $135,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the technical face of the hirify.global Platform (Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Onum, Charlotte AI) for prospective customers.
  • Own the technical relationship throughout the sales cycle and maintain it post-sale for product expansion and feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical value, answering questions, and demonstrating product suite capabilities.
  • Develop a comprehensive technical vision addressing customer logging, SIEM, SOAR, data pipeline, and AI-assisted security needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, marketing, and engineering teams to translate prospect needs into tangible platform value.
  • Contribute to defining and executing the go-to-market strategy by exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English languages.
  • 2+ years experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR technologies (data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, visualization, security use cases).
  • Experience with SOAR platforms and incident response workflows.
  • Understanding of data pipeline architectures and data engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered security tools and generative AI applications in security operations.
  • Participation in common sales processes like MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling (presales/architect role).

Nice to have

  • Comfortable with Linux and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data ingestion formats and protocols.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of Cloud concepts and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with orchestration, automation tools, distributed data stores, and SSO concepts.
