What you will do

  • Provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolutions to hirify.global customers.
  • Assist with the diagnosis of problems and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Guide and communicate resolutions to customers.
  • Work as part of a 5- to 10-person team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of L1/Service Desk technical support experience.
  • A keen interest in computers and the tech industry.
  • Experience in front-facing customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

Nice to have

  • Ticket management via ServiceNow.
