What you will do
- Create value and build strong relationships with hirify.global customers as a trusted business partner.
- Analyze customer businesses, markets, and revenue models, recommending solutions using hirify.global capabilities.
- Consult with customers to optimize their use of the hirify.global system, addressing challenges promptly.
- Develop long-term account strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with the product team.
- Identify and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
- Drive customer engagements to manage expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience working with large scale enterprise customers.
- Desire to work in a competitive environment.
- Experience or understanding of the wellness industry is strongly recommended.
- Experience managing SaaS or Cloud technical accounts.
- Previous Senior-level Program Management or Product Management experience is a plus.
- Experience in customer-facing project/engagement management or consulting role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technology customer success or sales role.
