What you will do
- Build, manage, and develop Technical Architects across ANZ and APAC/APACx.
- Lead complex enterprise implementations, migrations, and integrations, independently owning customer engagements when needed.
- Partner with team members on shared engagements, providing hands-on technical leadership and design and review architectures.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and partners, supporting pre-sales discovery and scoping.
- Establish and evolve regional delivery playbooks, standards, and methodologies to improve predictability.
- Translate regional implementation challenges into actionable product and tooling feedback, representing APAC customer needs in global roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering, technical consulting, or professional services.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical teams.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python, SQL, Java).
- Experience leading enterprise-scale migrations, integrations, or platform transformations.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience leading teams in Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC markets.
- Background in SaaS professional services in high-growth environments.
- Exposure to AI-enabled delivery workflows or automation platforms.
