What you will do

• Build, manage, and develop Technical Architects across ANZ and APAC/APACx.
• Lead complex enterprise implementations, migrations, and integrations, independently owning customer engagements when needed.
• Partner with team members on shared engagements, providing hands-on technical leadership and design and review architectures.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and partners, supporting pre-sales discovery and scoping.
• Establish and evolve regional delivery playbooks, standards, and methodologies to improve predictability.
• Translate regional implementation challenges into actionable product and tooling feedback, representing APAC customer needs in global roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering, technical consulting, or professional services.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python, SQL, Java).
• Experience leading enterprise-scale migrations, integrations, or platform transformations.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams in Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC markets.
• Background in SaaS professional services in high-growth environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery workflows or automation platforms.
