What you will do

• Present hirify.global's AI Data Cloud technology and strategic vision to C-level executives, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Architect sophisticated data and AI solutions with technical teams, communicating business impact and ROI to executive leadership.
• Serve as the primary technical advocate for customers within hirify.global, influencing the product roadmap with strategic needs.
• Immerse in the customer’s business model to identify opportunities where hirify.global's platform can accelerate innovation and market leadership.
• Lead executive briefings, strategic architecture sessions, and board presentations aligning technical roadmaps with business strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to continuously improve products based on strategic customer feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with significant C-level executive exposure and proven track record managing large enterprise accounts.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, AI/ML technologies (LLMs, machine learning pipelines, MLOps), data warehousing, and modern data architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts, with ability to explain complex technical architectures in business terms.
• Exceptional presentation and C-level communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
• Proven experience working with product management teams to influence roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive customer-centric development.
• Outstanding ability to conduct executive briefings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions with senior leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, consumer technology, or design/creative industries.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Masters in Data Science or Business Administration.
• Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions focused on data and AI strategy.
