Location: Hybrid, based in Melbourne, Australia, with up to 50% travel required within Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with hirify.global's Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to promote optimal solutions with partners.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill partner teams on hirify.global architecture and best practices.
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators with partners, aligning hirify.global's products to maximise impact.
• Present at hirify.global and Partner events, lead hackathons, and drive hirify.global awareness and adoption within partner organisations.
• Partner closely on strategic customer engagements, defining use cases, delivering presentations, executing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and ensuring positive outcomes.
• Own the technology roadmap with partners to build and scale their hirify.global practices with reference architectures and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators, Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners within the region.
• Demonstrated data domain thought leadership within a partner community.
• Deep comprehension of Partner revenue models, industry priorities, and challenges.
• Proven experience in designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals, with preferred cloud data warehousing experience.
• Hands-on technical experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.
• Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
