What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers on payment-related issues, including lending, account takeovers, and debt collection.
  • Assist Pros with account security, best practices for chargeback prevention, and evidence collection.
  • Interpret and reconcile merchant services account ledgers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance to a broad customer base.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and risk teams to identify and problem-solve technical errors and manage high-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • Resume translated to English required.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • 1-2 years of full-time experience in customer support, account management, or sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Stripe or other merchant service providers.

Nice to have

  • Tech support experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
