What you will do

• Lead and manage a data engineering team, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
• Own the overall health, scalability, and quality of products within the team’s domain.
• Drive technical execution and delivery of high-quality, scalable data engineering pipelines.
• Empower the team by establishing efficient execution and operational processes for impactful delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business teams to align technical strategy.
• Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their career growth and skill development.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with 1+ years in a management role.
• Strong technical background in data engineering related technologies (DBT, Snowflake or similar).
• Experience working in agile development environments and driving process improvements.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Design, and Business functions.
