What you will do

• Build, improve, and maintain features in the company’s Salesforce instance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Salesforce Users to automate business processes.
• Integrate backend data with Salesforce via middleware for enhanced user experience.
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from inception to delivery and ongoing support.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with the Salesforce platform, Sales and Service Cloud, and enterprise customisation.
• Experience working with a Product team and wider stakeholders to understand the domain.
• Excellent listening, customer service, and professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to analyse complex problems, and provide documentation.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Developer (e.g., App Builder, Platform Developer I).
• Experience with Salesforce and 3rd party application integrations.
• Interest or experience in Functional Programming, Distributed Systems, Serverless Technology, or Event-Driven Architectures.
