What you will do

• Consult clients on operational and financial planning and analytics using hirify.global's xP&A platform.
• Lead customer projects and support existing customers.
• Drive and co-create the development of specialist topics.
• Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate planning, advisory, controlling, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, including 3-statement planning models.
• Experience with Power BI, Visio, Tableau, or comparable solutions; SQL is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a project-oriented environment and interacting with senior executives.
• Full professional working proficiency in German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other EPM/CPM or planning tools.
