What you will do
- Effectively maintain active engagement with existing leads through an adaptable and personalized approach.
- Partner with and build pipelines for Mid-Market Account Executives, gaining consistent feedback to sharpen skills.
- Document, map, and strategize using various details to understand and find new opportunities in accounts.
- Prioritize opportunities and apply internal resources to move accounts through the customer journey.
- Utilize and keep Salesforce.com up-to-date for lead management, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects in a fast-paced environment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunities and meetings booked for the Account Executive team.
- Qualify inbound leads thoroughly before moving them towards the correct outcome.
Requirements
- Previous BDR/SDR experience required in a similar or adjacent industry.
- Ability to understand the business opportunity and articulate how hirify.global fits into customer goals to the AE team.
- Self-starter who proactively takes action to move conversations forward.
- Able to join occasional in-person events and in-office collaboration with the wider team in Sydney.
- Strong collaboration with teammates and prospective customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a technical understanding and keen interest in technology.
