What you will do

• Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to deliver brand-aligned outputs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to integrate AI content into concepts and presentations.
• Ensure AI outputs meet creative standards, reflect brand voice, and comply with ethical, copyright, and data privacy regulations.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable prompts for various use cases.
• Experiment with new AI tools, evaluate their usability, and share insights.
• Streamline AI adoption and document best practices for creative workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with generative AI tools or in a related creative/technical role.
• Solid understanding of how AI models work and how to guide them effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as Runway, ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Moonvalley, Google Veo3, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly.
• Strong communication skills in English and German are required.
• Solid understanding of licensing and copyright principles.
• Creative thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
