What you will do

• Ship features for the AI engine, managing model orchestration, prompt caching, and automatic failover.
• Build and extend workflow automation systems for human input, structured outputs, and integrations.
• Develop cutting-edge infrastructure like Model Context Protocol, agent-to-agent communication, and RAG pipelines.
• Solve complex distributed system problems, including context window management and token refresh.
• Design and maintain infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and bare metal servers for secure, reliable deployments.
• Own domains end-to-end, shipping daily.

Requirements

• Built something technically exceptional and can explain learnings.
• Actively experiments with AI tools, models, prompts, and workflows.
• Cares about craft: good abstractions, clear code, thoughtful architecture.
• Comfortable across the stack: TypeScript, React, Node, databases, queues.
• Must work from the office in Berlin, Germany.
